Itinerary

4 Days/ 3 Nights - Aswan / Luxor Every Friday

Day 01: Friday
Morning time, you will be met by our local representative in Aswan, who will transfer you by private Air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile Cruise boat. We will check-in our boat within few minutes. After that, you will join our professional tour guide to visit the Aswan High Dam, constructed by the former president, Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 to store the water of the Nile, and then generate electricity. We will then drive to shores of the River Nile and take a motor boat to reach the Agilika Island to visit Temple of Philae, constructed in the 3rd century BC in the Greco Roman period. Our last visit of this marvelous day tour in Aswan will be to the Unfinished Obelisk, which was found in the granite quarry in the Southern part of Aswan. After the tour, we will get back to our Nile Cruise boat for overnight.

Day 02: Saturday
Energizing breakfast on the cruise. Our Nile Cruise boat will be landed at the location of the city of Kom Ombo, where we will visit Temple of Sobek & Haroeris, established in the Ptolemaic period, completed in the Roman era, and was dedicated to two gods, the local crocodile, Sobek and the famous eagle god, Haroeris. After that, we will get back to our boat for rest and refresh. Later on, we will visit Temple of Horus in Edfu, the finest preserved ancient Egyptian temple in the land of the Nile. We will then get back to our boat for overnight.

Day 03: Sunday
Free morning on your own or (optional) we can offer a Hot-air Balloon over the West Bank of Luxor. Enjoy your delicious breakfast before exploring the city of the dead where we can visit Valley of the Kings, the richest and most fascinating ancient tombs in Egypt. This was the burial site of the kings from the New Kingdom. The next visit of the day will be to the Temple of Deir El Bahari, constructed during the reign of the 18th dynasty by Queen Hatshepsut, one of the greatest rulers of Egypt. Our last visit will be to the Colossi of Memnon; these two huge statues are the only remaining items of the great funerary temple of Amenhotep III constructed in 1350 BC and became a landmark of Luxor afterwards. After that, we will get back to our boat for overnight.

Day 04: Monday
Check out after breakfast. Later on, we will move to explore the east bank of Luxor including two marvelous temple complexes. Our first visit of the day will be to the Karnak Temples Complex, constructed over a period of more than one thousand years, almost all the impressive items of the Karnak we see today date back to the new kingdom specially the huge amazing columns of the hypostyle hall which are constructed by Ramses II, the greatest builder of ancient Egypt. We will then visit Luxor Temple, another startling temple that was established around the 14th century BC and the construction continued for many years afterwards by Ramses II, Queen Hatshepsut, and many other Pharaohs. After the tour, we will transfer you to your location in Luxor.

5 Days/ 4 Nights - Luxor / Aswan Every Monday

Day 01: Monday
Morning time, you will be met by our local representative in Luxor, who will transfer you by private Air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile Cruise. After lunch, you will join our tour guide to visit Temple of Karnak, constructed over a period of more than one thousand years. We will then visit Luxor Temple, which was established around the 14th century BC and the construction continued for many years afterwards by Ramses II, Queen Hatshepsut, and others kings. After the tour, you will be transferred to your Nile Cruise for rest and refresh. Evening time is free at leisure on your own to relax on board or we can offer an (optional) tour to attend the Sound & Light Show at Karnak Temple, one of the remarkable shows in Egypt. Finally, we will get back to our Nile Cruise for overnight.

Day 02: Tuesday
Energizing breakfast will be served on board. After that, we will visit Valley of the Kings, the richest and most fascinating ancient tombs in Egypt. This was the burial site of the kings from the New Kingdom. Our next visit of the day will be to Temple of Deir El Bahari, constructed during the reign of the 18th dynasty by Queen Hatshepsut. On our return way to the cruise, we will visit the Colossi of Memnon, the only remaining items of the great funerary temple of king Amenhotep III. Finally, we will transfer you to your Nile Cruise.

Day 03: Wednesday
Energizing breakfast will be served on board before our full day tour. Our Nile Cruise ship will land at the location of the city of Edfu, where we will visit the Temple of Horus, constructed by the Ptolemies in the 3rd century BC for the worship of the god Horus, the avenger of his father. After this marvelous visit, we will get back to our Nile Cruiser for lunch, rest and refresh. We will then proceed to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, established in the Ptolemaic period and completed in the Roman Era. Finally, you will be transferred back to your Nile cruise ship for rest and refresh. Evening time, Egyptian folklore show will be operated by the staff.

Day 04: Thursday
Breakfast meal will be served on board. After that, your expert tour guide will accompany you to explore the wonderful city of Aswan. Our first visit of the day will be to the High Dam, which was constructed by the former president, Gamal Abdel Nasser to store the water, and then generate a large volume of the electricity. We will then ride in a motorboat to visit Temple of Philae, constructed in the 3rd century BC in the Greco Roman era as the cult center of the goddess Isis. Our last visit will be to the Unfinished Obelisk, which was found in the granite quarry in the Southern part of Aswan. After the day tour, we will drive back to our Nile cruiser, so we can enjoy the tasty lunch. Evening time is free at leisure on your own to relax on board or we can offer an (optional) tour to attend the Sound & Light Show at Philae Temple, where you can learn more about the temple and about the kings who left their objects there. Finally, we will get back to our Nile Cruise for overnight.

Day 05: Friday
Check out after breakfast, you’ll be met by our local representative in Aswan, who will transfer you by private Air-conditioned vehicle to Aswan Airport in order to catch your flight to your next destination, where our services will be ended.
